QR tool
Menu QR code generator
Paste the address of your menu page or menu PDF, scan the preview, and print it on table tents, windows or receipts.
Create your code
Building and previewing the code is free and works right here; you can scan the preview with your phone. Downloading the PNG or SVG file starts the 7-day free trial (card required, then $3/mo unless you cancel). Static codes you download keep working even after you cancel. Your content stays in your browser.

Use a menu address you own
Put the menu at a stable address on your own site, like yourrestaurant.com/menu. When prices change, update that page. The printed code keeps working.
Make the menu readable on a phone
A web page is easier to read on a phone than a wide PDF. If you only have a PDF, keep it to one column and test it on a small screen.
Keep a paper option
Some guests prefer paper or have no data signal. Keep a few printed menus on hand.
Static or dynamic?
Static codes hold your content in the image and never route through us, so they keep working forever, even after you cancel. Dynamic codes (Pro) point to a short qrpromise.com link you can edit after printing and include scan counts; they need an active trial or subscription and pause if you cancel. More on static vs dynamic.
Questions
Can I update the menu after printing?
Yes, if the code points at a page you control. Change the page and the code shows the new menu.
What size should I print it?
Start around 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide for a table tent, then test from the distance guests will actually be sitting.
