Static codes on QR Promise are generated in your browser, contain your data directly, and never route through us — so they can never be deactivated.
What to encode
Registration page, schedule URL, venue map, or WiFi for the hall. Keep each purpose on its own code so analytics (later) stay clean.
Timeline risk
Events are fixed dates. A trial that expires before doors open is a known failure mode — use static Free codes for anything already at the printer.
Day-of backup
Print a human-readable short URL under the code. Staff can read it aloud if someone’s camera struggles.
After the event
Static codes remain valid for photo albums and sponsor reports years later.
