Free QR code that doesn't expire
Looking for a free QR code that does not expire? Use a static generator. Here is how QR Promise keeps the promise.
Our Promise
Static codes on QR Promise are generated in your browser, contain your data directly, and never route through us — so they can never be deactivated.
Static means no kill switch
A static QR stores your data in the pixels. Scanners read it directly. There is no QR Promise server in the middle that can turn off your code.
Why “free” trials die
Dynamic codes point at a short URL on someone else’s server. When the trial ends, that server can show a paywall. Your poster stops working.
Our Promise
Free static codes are unlimited, no signup, generated in your browser. They contain your data directly and never route through us — so they can never be deactivated by us.
When Pro makes sense
If you need to change the destination after print or see scan analytics, that is Pro ($3/mo). Paid is optional and clearly labeled.
